- Open the app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion by following the prompts.
Option 2: Request by Email
You can also email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request – [App Name]”
We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
3. What Happens After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- All your personal data (including name, email, preferences, and app usage data) will be permanently removed from our systems.
- Any in-app history, donations, or progress associated with your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Certain transaction records (e.g., payment receipts) may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (like accounting or fraud prevention).

We may retain limited data for:
- Legal compliance (e.g., financial recordkeeping, audit requirements)
