Account deletion policy

You can delete your account in either of the following ways:

Option 1: In the App

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion by following the prompts.

Option 2: Request by Email
You can also email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line:

“Account Deletion Request – [App Name]”

We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.


3. What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • All your personal data (including name, email, preferences, and app usage data) will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • Any in-app history, donations, or progress associated with your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Certain transaction records (e.g., payment receipts) may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (like accounting or fraud prevention).

4. Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain limited data for:

  • Legal compliance (e.g., financial recordkeeping, audit requirements)
  • Fraud prevention or security investigations
    All retained data will be stored securely and only for the minimum period necessary.
